Does our event have to take place on 20 September?
No. Many companies choose a suitable working day during the surrounding weeks. We confirm the exact date before setup.
Do you provide gloves, litter pickers, or printed QR material?
No. We do not provide physical materials. You receive the digital QR link and organize all equipment, printing, and on-site delivery.
What does the limit of five companies mean?
It reflects our support capacity for this seasonal package. We will accept no more than five personally supported company campaigns in 2026.
What happens in severe weather?
You can move the date once at no extra cost. Please tell us before the campaign begins so we can update the dates with you.
