To keep the pilot clear: Green Impact Report provides the digital challenge, QR flow, reporting, and impact proof. Physical event logistics remain with the organizer unless agreed separately.

  • Cleanup equipment such as gloves, grabbers, or trash bags
  • Waste pickup or disposal
  • Permits, location approval, or local authority coordination
  • Insurance or legal event responsibility
  • On-site staffing, unless agreed separately

Individual terms for early partners

Selected early partners may receive individual terms, especially when a real event is already planned and the resulting report can be used as a reference.

This is not automatic and is agreed case by case during the pilot call.
